I teach a vinyasa power/flow yoga class. The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” like yoga poses for example. In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. The power comes from the repetitive and constant movement of the body and breath combined.
This class focuses on increasing cardio vascular fitness, toning and firming the muscles, increasing flexibility, relieving stress and helping you to achieve a higher state of wellbeing. This class is suitable for students of all levels and abilities.
